The new operator was also responsible for reopening the asset following an extended closure during a major refurbishment. The future operator would be required to deliver on a range of educational and community outcomes.

Elevate Management Consulting (Elevate) supported one of Australia’s leading solution providers to undertake a review of its employee contracting model to improve service quality outcomes, recruitment efficiency and effectiveness across its major clients. This involved performing quantitative evaluation of tender applicants at scale, in which more than 200 responses were received for a Contract value of hundreds of millions per annum.

Over the past three years, the client had been undertaking a review and update of its ICT and Cyber Security strategy, systems, and processes. The review identified that current data, devices, and technology systems do not adequately support their operational and strategic needs, nor do they enable staff to work efficiently, remotely, or flexibly. Elevate Management Consulting (Elevate) was therefore engaged to deliver the ICT Future State Strategy for the client.

With contracts coming towards the end of their term and technology solutions being end of life, a State Government Agency required assistance in determining what its future technology landscape should look like. As a result, Elevate Management Consulting (Elevate) were engaged to deliver a Digital Transformation Roadmap for their commercial services provider (multi-billion dollar program).
