What were the key challenges the client was facing?

Through the HR review, several challenges related to communication, timeliness and role clarity were identified from feedback gathered through meetings and interviews with key stakeholders. Specifically, key challenges included:​

  • Manual documentation and processes inhibiting team efficiency
  • Limited role clarity within HR functions including, unclear role descriptions
  • Intranet was ineffective at communicating HR services and failed to meet the desired functionality requirements.​
What was delivered?

Elevate supported the delivery of key initiatives including, a comprehensive intranet review to identify challenges and put forward options to enhance its functionality, a strategic review of critical processes, with a focus on the end-to-end recruitment process, and 'one-pager' guidance documents that supported Managers through each critical stage of the end-to-end recruitment process. The initiatives were supported through structured review sessions, multiple stakeholder workshops, interviews and regular status updates to ensure alignment between Elevate and client stakeholders. ​

Additionally, Elevate provided program management support by developing key artefacts that offered internal stakeholders a clear and comprehensive overview of the program. These artefacts included:​

  • Project Management Plan​
  • Project Charters​
  • Communication and Engagement Strategy​
  • Communication and Engagement Status Update.
