What was delivered?

Elevate supported by conducting a baseline review of existing contract documentation and assessing its alignment with original objectives. Elevate facilitated workshops to define future contract goals and constraints, designed a performance framework with 13 evaluation topics, and benchmarked against a model from another jurisdiction. The Team assessed current performance, developed future model recommendations, delivered interim findings, and provided a comprehensive procurement strategy with market approach options and a delivery roadmap for future iterations.
