Josh founded Elevate Management Consulting after years of leading complex transformation programs at the executive level. Known for his sharp thinking and practical leadership, he brings deep, cross-sector experience spanning FM, transport, infrastructure, energy, and education. ​

With dual degrees in Commerce and Finance, and a Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accounting, Josh combines commercial acumen with hands-on delivery expertise. He’s the kind of leader who is known for cutting through the noise, building trust fast, and staying close to the detail where it counts.

Ryan brings deep digital transformation expertise, shaped by senior roles across global and high-growth organisations. He was ANZ Director of Digital at Marriott and Head of Digital at Mirvac, before leading regional growth at Zomato and CloudKitchens.

He holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and is known for driving change that’s practical, customer-focused, and built to last.

Olivia brings structure, clarity, and drive to complex programs. With a background in both government and private sectors, she’s led major initiatives during her time in consulting (including her previous role at Ernst and Young) — with a focus on planning, scheduling, and risk management for high-value commercial programs.

She holds a Master of Applied Project Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Adelaide, but it’s her ability to keep projects grounded and moving that really sets her apart.

Pamela brings more than 25 years of Technology and Finance expertise to Elevate, shaping solutions that deliver both compliance and growth. She excels at the intersection of detail and vision, so whether leading cloud migration, reforming procurement processes, or engaging vendors, she ensures every initiative is both technically sound and strategically aligned. At Elevate, Pamela is the steady hand and sharp mind behind transformation. Expect clarity, compliance, and solutions that don’t just tick boxes - they unlock growth.

Melody is a values-led leader with a deep commitment to culture, community, and connection. A proud London Olympian representing Aotearoa/New Zealand, she brings rich experience across coaching, mentoring, governance, and sports administration.  

Having earnt a Bachelor of Psychology, a Certificate IV in Human Resource and Frontline Management, and membership in the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Melody blends strategic insight with lived experience. She leads with heart, clarity, a strong sense of purpose and knows what it takes to achieve excellence.

Jamin is a trusted advisor who helps organisations navigate complex change with clarity and confidence. With expertise in transformation, program delivery, and change management, he’s supported Government teams through major shifts with a focus on collaboration and strong governance.

At Elevate, he combines strategic insight with hands-on delivery and is known for clear communication, meaningful engagement, and a steady focus on outcomes that last.

Luke is a sharp and thoughtful Delivery Analyst who brings experience from both Federal Government and PwC. He’s got an ability to turn data into clear insights and has supported everything from investment cases to large-scale transformation work.

At Elevate, Luke combines sharp analytical thinking with a practical, outcomes-focused approach. He’s driven by curiosity, committed to quality, and always looking for ways to add meaningful value to the teams and projects he supports.

Elliot brings a strong background in healthcare workforce management and national government contracts, with a focus on business transformation, process improvement, and strategic planning.

With a Bachelor’s in Medical Science and an MBA, Elliot combines deep industry knowledge with fresh business insight to help deliver practical, impactful solutions.

Tim is a strategic thinker with a strong foundation in economics, finance, and public value. He brings experience across Big 4 consulting, State Government, and banking — helping clients shape investment decisions that are clear, evidence-based, and outcome-driven.  

With an MBA, a Bachelor of Economics (Advanced), and a Bachelor of Commerce in Corporate Finance, Tim combines analytical rigour with a broad, real-world perspective on decision-making.

Michaela is studying Project Management at the University of Adelaide. She’s organised, thoughtful, and always ready to help the team keep things on track.

Her attention to detail and eagerness to learn make her a valuable team player.

Emma brings over 25 years of administration experience, witha career spanning chartered accounting and recruitment firms. She’s known for her sharp organisational skills, proactive mindset, and ability to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

At Elevate, Emma plays a key role in planning, coordination, and continuous improvement. With qualifications in Accounting and Office Administration, she brings structure, reliability, and a steady hand to every aspect of the business.

Helen is a highly skilled administrator with experience in client support, project coordination, and team operations. With a Certificate III in Business (Office Administration) and a Certificate in Project Management in the Public Sector, she brings sharp organisation, clear communication, and a steady hand to every challenge.

Helen is the kind of person who lifts the team around her — quietly, confidently, and consistently and supports everyone to do their best work for our clients.

Carolyn Mitchell is the former Managing Partner of a commercial law firm and now an experienced non-executive director. She understands the drivers and levers available to grow businesses and has a unique ability to ask the important questions at the right times.

Carolyn currently Chairs the boards of Can Do Group, Haighs Chocolates, Health Services Charitable Gifts Board, Netball SA and Tonkin Consulting Pty Ltd. She is Deputy Chair of Sarah Group Holdings Advisory Board and The South Australian Motorsport Board and a member of the Transition Council of Adelaide University and the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra Board.
