This involved performing quantitative evaluation of tender applicants at scale, in which more than 200 responses were received for a Contract value of hundreds of millions per annum.

Following concerns about internal ICT service delivery (provided by an external third-party provider), Elevate Management Consulting (Elevate) assisted a State Government Department with a commercial options analysis that considered alternative technology service provision models for the State Government Department to improve service outcomes for internal stakeholders.

The engagement involved analysing the current state of the Team, aligning it with the client’s strategic direction, and designing a future state model to support business growth.​

Organisational Structure Review

Elevate Management Consulting (Elevate) were engaged by an Energy Provider to deliver an organisational restructure of one of its key Directorates. The Directorates structure had been the same for many years and had not kept pace with changes throughout the organisation and more broadly the energy distribution sector. The restructure needed to be delivered in consultation with several functions across the Directorate, as well as in consultation with employees and unions.​

Bid Advisory Support Use

Elevate Management Consulting (Elevate) was engaged by a community organisation to provide strategic ad-hoc advisory support focused on strengthening its bid for the management of a community facility. This required Elevate to co-design a Performance Management Framework aligned to contract stages and operational priorities as well as develop a Community Development Strategy with clear benchmarks, engagement milestones and reporting mechanisms to demonstrate social impact.
