As a result, Elevate Management Consulting (Elevate) were engaged to deliver a Digital Transformation Roadmap for their commercial services provider (multi-billion dollar program).

Implementation of improved system driven client feedback processes
Automated contractor clearance mechanisms
More effective data management and reporting including, improved collection methods such as enhanced audit and QA regimes
Approximately 40 improvement opportunities for current state technology solutions which were further refined to 11 investment cases for change.
