What were the key challenges the client was facing?

The Department was seeking to make its existing process more efficient and effective, as they were currently impacted by:

  • Slow decision-making processes
  • Limited documentation automation
  • Inadequate data management practices
  • Limited integration of AI capabilities.

What was delivered?

In delivering this engagement, the Elevate Team: 

  • Undertook a review of documents
  • Conducted several stakeholder workshops to identify challenges and improvements
  • Mapped the End-to-End process
  • Identified and analysed opportunities for the Government Department to utilise AI and/or Automation Tools across the process and remaining within their existing Microsoft ecosystem
  • Prioritised the opportunities based on the level of change required and expected benefits.
