The engagement included a comprehensive review of the client's existing FM structure and operating model and evaluating strategic FM models for both Soft and Hard services.

What were the key challenges the client was facing?
The client was facing the following challenges within their current Operating Model, including
- Misaligned resources, limited transparency over cost allocations and rate structures, and unclear roles and responsibilities
- Asset data gaps, unclear data ownership, and fragmented soft services data
- Inadequate technology systems, heavy reliance on manual processes, and an absence of a fit-for-purpose asset management solution
- Poor reporting and information analysis, and limited insights generated by the current Operating Model.
What was delivered?
Through a review of documents, stakeholder consultations, and a Facilities Management assessment, Elevate provided the client with the following outcomes:
- An understanding of the existing Operating Model, including a comparator analysis against selected organisations managing distributed, safety-critical assets
- An independent evaluation of their Operating Model across 14 categories in-scope for a contemporary FM Operating Model
- Future State Operating Model Objectives and Recommendations
- A high-level Go-to-Market strategy, approach and indicative timeline.
