The client’s project management processes were manual in nature and not linked to an automated/digital solution. This created a range of challenges including:
- An inability to report on project/sites status with a unified data set
- Limited executive oversight on key project information
- Absence of system driven project delivery process governance
- Project data that could not be linked to other digital solutions across the Government Agency
- Poor project reporting.
What was delivered?
Elevate initially delivered a needs analysis, market study, implementation plan and subsequently was engaged to deliver all procurement documentation and market processes, this included:
- Developing a detailed understanding of the Government Agency’s requirements for future technology solution/s
- Conducting a market scan to understand viable solutions and associated costs
- Establishment of a data remediation and data migration program
- Delivery of a systems closure strategy
- Procurement and contract initiation of the solution.
