Over the past three years, the client had been undertaking a review and update of its ICT and Cyber Security strategy, systems, and processes. The review identified that current data, devices, and technology systems do not adequately support their operational and strategic needs, nor do they enable staff to work efficiently, remotely, or flexibly. Elevate Management Consulting (Elevate) was therefore engaged to deliver the ICT Future State Strategy for the client.

- An aged on-premises network and storage system existed
- Inefficient services
- Information not being easily accessible
- An inability to take advantage of new and emerging technology opportunities.
What was delivered?
Elevate acted as an external adviser to support the successful delivery of the ICT Future State Strategy. Through document review, stakeholder consultation, and Executive workshops, Elevate provided insights, recommendations, and a clear pathway for addressing the client’s ICT challenges and future needs.

- Detailed project plan and associated artefacts with ongoing monitoring until completion
- Change and communications plan to ensure staff remained informed
- Procurement documentation to implement the future state model
