Elevate Management Consulting (Elevate) were engaged by an Energy Provider to deliver an organisational restructure of one of its key Directorates. The Directorates structure had been the same for many years and had not kept pace with changes throughout the organisation and more broadly the energy distribution sector. The restructure needed to be delivered in consultation with several functions across the Directorate, as well as in consultation with employees and unions.
