Facility Operator Procurement
Elevate Management Consulting were engaged by a State Government to assist in establishing an operating model and subsequently delivering the procurement of an operator for a recreational community asset. This facility had been managed in a particular way for over a decade, and the operating model had encountered a range of issues. The new operator was also responsible for reopening the asset following an extended closure during a major refurbishment. The future operator would be required to deliver on a range of educational and community outcomes.
