What were the key challenges the client was facing?
Whilst projects were progressing, there was not a uniform pathway to delivery, which had led to:
- Limited transparency and fragmented reporting on the status of projects
- Unclear pathways on how projects progress from initial idea through to delivery
- No set processes for establishing project budgets, risks and timelines
- An inability for the organisations Project Management Office (PMO) and Executive Team to understand where projects were at in the delivery lifecycle.
What was delivered?
Elevate were able to deliver an opportunity delivery framework and interactive dashboard reporting that:
- Provided visibility over the health and delivery status of each individual project
- Delivered a program level report that enabled Executive and the PMO to understand the portfolio through a one-page snapshot
- Established a delivery method that could be applied to for all future projects
- Defined a risk management and budget capture process.
