This required Elevate to co-design a Performance Management Framework aligned to contract stages and operational priorities as well as develop a Community Development Strategy with clear benchmarks, engagement milestones and reporting mechanisms to demonstrate social impact.

The Community Development Strategy incorporated a staged roadmap with measurable milestones for improving local integration and recommendations to enhance tender content.
The project enabled the client to present a robust, evidence-based approach to performance and community engagement, strengthening its position in the tender process and laying the foundation for long-term success.
