Elevate Management Consulting (Elevate) was engaged by a community organisation to provide strategic ad-hoc advisory support focused on strengthening its bid for the management of a community facility. This required Elevate to co-design a Performance Management Framework aligned to contract stages and operational priorities as well as develop a Community Development Strategy with clear benchmarks, engagement milestones and reporting mechanisms to demonstrate social impact.

What was delivered?

Elevate provided targeted advisory support to strengthen the clients tender, including a co-designed Performance Management Framework covering, service delivery standards, financial performance monitoring and compliance and safety assurance​. The Community Development Strategy incorporated a staged roadmap with measurable milestones for improving local integration​ and recommendations to enhance tender content.

The project enabled the client to present a robust, evidence-based approach to performance and community engagement, strengthening its position in the tender process and laying the foundation for long-term success.
