New Team Member

Ainslie Kelly – Project Delivery Lead

Ainslie brings expertise in project management, governance, and organisational transformation, developed across experience in consulting, government, and international business environments. Is a Certified Practicing Project Manager (CPPM) from the Australian Institute of Project Management. Excels at bringing structure to complexity, aligning stakeholders, managing risk, and driving performance improvement.

She holds a Bachelor in International Studies and Arts, along with a Masters in Defence and Security Management. Ainslie helps clients move confidently from planning to delivery, ensuring lasting value and measurable outcomes.
