Delivering a construction project without a clear framework is a bit like trying to build a house with no plan; lots of effort, but plenty of room for things to go sideways. That was the challenge facing an organisation when it engaged Elevate Management Consulting (Elevate) to design and develop a comprehensive Project Delivery Framework with suite of supporting templates, to help bring order, clarity and consistency to its project delivery.

The overall objective was to enable consistent delivery of construction projects in line with:

  • Required delivery processes and procurement standards
  • Clear expectations for governance
  • Risk management
  • The desire to deliver value-for-money outcomes.

Elevate worked closely with the organisation through targeted workshops and stakeholder validation sessions to understand existing processes, align compliance requirements, and to ensure the Framework could scale across projects of varying complexity.
